Investment Manager

Azure Funds Management Pty Ltd is the Investment Manager of the Fund and is an authorised representative of Azure Capital. Azure Capital is an Australian incorporated public company and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Azure Capital has entered into an Investment Management Agreement with the Investment Manager under which the Investment Manager agrees to manage and invest the assets of the Fund.

The Investment Manager will utilise the advice and experience of the investment team in carrying out its investment management functions. The investment team will be led by Jason Marinko and Alec Pismiris with support from John Poynton and Simon Price. All profiles are available on the "team" section of this website.
