ADRIAN ARUNDELL

Adrian is a Director of Azure Capital. Prior to joining Azure in 2011, Adrian spent 17 years working with KPMG, with the last 3 years spent as Partner-in-Charge of the Perth Mergers & Acquisitions team. Adrian has spent considerable time working overseas and interstate, including several years in London, Melbourne and Sydney. He has worked across a range of industry sectors including financial services, mining services, resources, general industrials, consumer products, agriculture and aged care.  Adrian has worked on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and takeovers, providing advice to both listed and private companies.  He also has significant experience in working on transactions involving private equity.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia (UWA), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).  He is a Member of the FINSIA WA State Council, Member of the National Corporate Finance Advisory Council for FINSIA, an Ambassadorial Council Member at the UWA Business School and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).  In 2009, Adrian was a recipient of a WA Business News “40Under40” award, recognising WA’s top 40 pre-eminent business leaders under 40 years of age.
