SIMON PRICE

Simon is a co-founder and Director of Azure Capital.

His prior experience includes 2 years with Clifford Chance in London. Simon has also been an associate to a Supreme Court Judge and a solicitor with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.

Simon qualified as a lawyer in 1997 in Western Australia and subsequently in England and Wales. In his legal career Simon specialised in project and structured finance and has since advised on equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions in numerous sectors.

Simon graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters of Law with first class honours. He also has a BCom and an LLB with first class honours from Bond University. Both universities were attended under scholarships. Simon is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and has also completed the Corporate Financial Strategy in Global Markets Executive Program at INSEAD, in France.
