How did it all start?
Azure Capital was founded in 2004 to provide a wide range of advisory services including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and financing transactions. Our team of corporate finance professionals are led by experienced and senior-level individuals with detailed sector knowledge and transaction experience.
